Return & Refund Policy

At Advertising Promotions LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are custom printed, embroidered, laser engraved, personalized, or made to order, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.

Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Products

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, all sales of customized merchandise are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error in producing your order.

Custom products include, but are not limited to:

• Custom DTF printed apparel
• Embroidered apparel and merchandise
• Laser engraved products
• Personalized products
• Products featuring customer-supplied artwork, names, logos, text, or designs
• Special-order merchandise produced specifically for your order

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom products because of incorrect sizes, colors, spelling, artwork, or other information selected, supplied, or approved by the customer.

Non-Custom Products

For eligible non-custom products, return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please provide:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• Photographs of the shipping package if the product was damaged during delivery

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Size Exchanges

Please carefully review the available sizing information before ordering.

Because custom apparel is produced specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.

If we shipped a size different from the size shown on your order, please contact us and we will work to correct the issue.

Color & Design Variations

Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and tablets may vary slightly from the finished product. Printing, embroidery, engraving, garment material, and garment color can also affect the appearance of a finished design.

Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance that are normal to the production process are generally not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.

If production has already started, we may be unable to cancel or refund the order. Custom or personalized products that have entered production are generally non-refundable.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Advertising Promotions LLC or the merchandise arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

For approved returns involving an error made by Advertising Promotions LLC or a defective product, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

For eligible non-custom returns that are not the result of our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Final Sale Items

Custom, personalized, clearance, and specially produced items may be designated Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange except when damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly.
