Thank you for shopping with Advertising Promotions LLC. Many of our products are custom printed, embroidered, engraved, or produced on demand. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production Time

Most orders are produced specifically for you. Our standard production turnaround time is approximately 7–10 business days before your order is ready to ship.

Production times may vary depending on order size, product availability, customization requirements, and seasonal demand. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping transit times listed below begin after production is complete and your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Selecting Express or Standard Shipping speeds up the shipping portion of your order. It does not reduce the production time required for custom or made-to-order products.

Where We Ship

Advertising Promotions LLC currently ships throughout the continental United States.

At this time, we do not offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations through our online store.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after you receive your shipping notification.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

We recommend ordering early if you need your products for a specific event or date.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your name, order number, and details about the issue.

For damaged shipments, please keep the original packaging and take photographs of the package and damaged merchandise. These may be required to assist with a carrier claim or replacement.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. When this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number.
